Shuttle Schedule
Friday, September 20th:
Shuttles will begin pick up at Hotel Trio and the Best Western Dry Creek Inn at 5:40 PM and run on a continuous round trip loop throughout the evening.
Saturday, September 21st:
Shuttles will begin pick up at Hotel Trio and the Best Western Dry Creek Inn at 3:15 PM and 3:30 PM. Return shuttles will begin leaving the wedding venue at 8:00 PM and will run continuously until the end of the evening, at 10:00 PM.
Representatives from Jenn Robirds Events will be present to assist you with the shuttles
What is the dress code for the Welcome Party?
Cocktail Attire. Please note that this event will be held on a gravel surface, so we recommend wearing appropriate footwear to ensure you’re comfortable throughout the evening
What is the dress code for the Wedding Ceremony & Reception?
Black Tie Preferred/Formal
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to our venue requirements, we are limited to a certain guest count. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Where is the wedding venue and how can I get there?
We are so excited to have you join us in Healdsburg! Our wedding venue is a private estate with limited parking, so we have coordinated a shuttle service for all of our guests. If you plan to stay in an AirBnB or alternate hotel, please plan to park near one of our reserved hotels to catch the shuttle!
Exact shuttle schedule will be posted closer to the wedding date.
Are hotel room blocks provided?
Yes! We have secured room blocks at both the Marriott Hotel Trio and Best Western Dry Creek Inn in Healdsburg, CA. More details and links can be found under the "travel" tab above.
When should we book our travel?
We recommend booking your travel and accommodations as soon as possible. The last day to secure a room in our discounted block is August 6th for Hotel Trio and July 30th for Best Western Dry Creek Inn.
